I have a great FAX service called "Metro Hi Speed Fax" that allows me to send and receive unlimited faxes from my computer for about $12/month.

For all the Fax numbers of members of Congress, I go to a web site called "Contacting the Congress" at

http://www.visi.com/juan/congress/

I was able to compile one big file with only the Fax numbers of all 537 members of Congress (100 Senators and 437 Representatives).

Anyway, for the record, every member of Congress is being sent the following Fax (we are at about 435 out of 537 being successfully sent so far, and counting -- should be done by 1pm Pacific Time). Each Fax is 10 pages long, one page of letter and nine pages listing every member of Congress and their contact information (in very small lettering!

A Letter to the Members of the United States Congress Regarding Your Oaths of Office and Possible Acts of Treason

Dear Congressperson (Full Name List Included Below):

The purpose of this letter, which is being faxed to each of you at the appropriate fax numbers listed below, is to put members of Congress on notice that each and every one of you may be charged with treason by the citizens of the United States of America should any more attacks occur yet again on US soil or water at any time before impeachment proceedings are begun against enemies of the United States in the current administration and against President George W. Bush and Vice-President Richard Cheney in particular.

Upon entering your position as a congressperson in the United States Congress, you took the following oath, as directed by the US Constitution:

TITLE 5 > PART III > SUBPART B > CHAPTER 33 > SUBCHAPTER II > § 3331

I, (your name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC (emphasis added); that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter.

As decribed in more detail on only one of many blogs devoted to seeking the truth and bringing the current administration to justice (http://shoes4industry.blogspot.com), there now exists, open and free for anybody to view on the Internet, more than sufficient evidence that this country and our Constitution have been, and continue to be, under attack from within since 9/11/01, if not before that time, and therefore need "defending from domestic enemies" according to your oath of office.

I offer only three of many sources where this evidence is presented quite clearly:

1) http://drjudywood.com/
2) http://stevenwarran.blogspot.com/
3) http://911scholars.org/

In addition to innocent US citizens being attacked and killed by the US government on US soil on 9/11/01, there is sufficient evidence that yet another attack has occurred by the US government against its own people in Minneapolis, MI, on 7/31/07, when we were all, once again, asked to suspend all logic and believe that a bridge accidentally collapsed in manner that would be physically impossible without outside intervention.

Given this information, it will not be possible for you to invoke "ignorance of the evidence" as a defense during your trial for treason at a later date, should you choose not uphold your oath of office.

Sincerely,

H. Nicole Young, Ph.D.
Representative of the Citizens of the United States of America

On July 14, 2007, Congressman Keith Ellison of Minnesota compared Bush to Hitler and even suggested Bush was responsible for 9/11. Two weeks later Congressman Ellison's home district (District 5 of Minnesota) suffered a bridge collapse on Aug 1, 2007, that in many ways resembled the manner in which the WTC towers fell on 9/11/01 -- that is, in a highly symmetrical and controlled fashion that seems to defy the laws of physics unless outside intervention is considered.

Here is the article about Ellison's comments:

Bush like Hitler, says first Muslim in Congress
By Toby Harnden in Washington
Last Updated: 2:58am BST 17/07/2007

Keith Ellison, a convert to Islam, has cultivated a moderate image since being elected last November

America's first Muslim congressman has provoked outrage by apparently comparing President George W Bush to Adolf Hitler and hinting that he might have been responsible for the September 11 attacks.

Addressing a gathering of atheists in his home state of Minnesota, Keith Ellison, a Democrat, compared the 9/11 atrocities to the destruction of the Reichstag, the German parliament, in 1933. This was probably burned down by the Nazis in order to justify Hitler's later seizure of emergency powers.

"It's almost like the Reichstag fire, kind of reminds me of that," Mr Ellison said. "After the Reichstag was burned, they blamed the Communists for it, and it put the leader [Hitler] of that country in a position where he could basically have authority to do whatever he wanted."

To applause from his audience of 300 members of Atheists for Human Rights, Mr Ellison said he would not accuse the Bush administration of planning 9/11 because "you know, that's how they put you in the nut-ball box - dismiss you".

Vice-President Dick Cheney's stance of refusing to answer some questions from Congress was "the very definition of totalitarianism, authoritarianism and dictatorship", he added.

Mr Ellison also raised eyebrows by telling his audience: "You'll always find this Muslim standing up for your right to be atheists all you want."

A convert to Islam who was previously linked to the extremist Nation of Islam, Mr Ellison, 42, has cultivated a moderate image since being elected last November, concentrating on issues such as health and education.

He is an outspoken critic of the war in Iraq. But he angered his own anti-war supporters by voting for a budget bill that aims to end the war over the next 18 months. His followers want an immediate withdrawal of US troops from Iraq.

After his speech was reported, Mr Ellison said he accepted that Osama bin Laden was responsible for 9/11. But his demagogic comments threaten to plunge him in controversy.

Mark Drake, of the Republican party in Minnesota, said: "To compare the democratically elected leader of the United States of America to Hitler is an absolute moral outrage which trivialises the horrors of Nazi Germany."

Here is the form letter/e-mail being sent out to the constituents of Diane Feinstein in California who request impeachment of the president and vice-president:

Subject: U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein responding to your message
Date: Fri, 10 Aug 2007 10:47:24 -0400

Dear Nicole:

Thank you for your letter concerning impeachment proceedings against Vice President Richard Cheney. I appreciate the time you took to write and welcome the opportunity to respond.

In our most recent elections, the American people expressed clear disapproval with the path this country was on. They are tired of partisan politics and of an Administration that pays little heed to the wishes of the American people. They want-and deserve-a Congress that holds the Administration accountable and fulfills its Constitutional responsibility to check and balance the Executive branch. I share this sentiment and am determined to work hard and across party lines in the United States Senate to promote issues that are of real concern to most Americans, including the situation in Iraq and Afghanistan, homeland security, global warming, and lobbying and election reform.

At this time, however, I believe that impeachment proceedings against President Bush or Vice President Cheney will only divide the country even further, frustrating our hopes for a meaningful change in direction, while having little chance of success.

I have been deeply disappointed by many of this Administration's actions and have been outspoken in those instances. Nevertheless, given the challenges our country faces I believe that we need to focus on constructive and cooperative steps that would lead us in the right direction.

Again, thank you for your letter. If you have any further questions or comments, please contact my office in Washington, D.C. at (202) 224-3841. Best regards.

Sincerely yours,

Dianne Feinstein
United States Senator

Sept. 3 - 15th National caravan starting in Calif. ending in Wash., D.C. "Fight for Victory" Tour sponsored by Move America Forward in SUPPORT OF THE TROOPS AND THE MISSION.

shoes4industry said...

We here at S4I believe the best way to "support the troops" is to bring them home immediately!

Anything else is disrespectful and disingenuous.

Here is information on the organization called "Move America Forward." I would characterize it as a pretty negative expose about them in the Wall Street Journal.

I hope the link works...

Good catch! Looks like MOVE FORWARD AMERICA is moving America two steps forward and three steps back.

So, you base success of Move America Forward on ONE 1! article in the WSJ?

Shoes4Industry said...

What would you base it on? Fox News?

Anonymous said...

Key word here Shoes, is ONE. ONE article & you ran away with it. What a surprise!

FYI I DID NOT find MoveAmericaForward through Fox News.

Here's what wikipedia has to say about Move America Forward:

Move America Forward is a controversial, conservative non profit political action group based in California in the United States. Through media-saturation campaigns that include television and radio commercials; lobbying politicians at the local, state, and federal levels; and by encouraging grass-roots activism, Move America Forward has sought to advance a conservative agenda that includes the removal of the United Nations headquarters from the United States, the recalling of state governors it deems too "liberal," restricting what it terms "liberal" or "activist" media, the closing of the U.S.-Mexico border and the deportation of illegal aliens back to their country of origin, opposition of what it deems "liberal" political candidates and political action groups, and advocacy for conservative political candidates and appointees. Move America Forward vocally supports and advocates the policies of the Bush Administration."

Not a very enlightened group of people. Nor are they very effective. Looks like their "Stop Michael Moore" campaign failed completely. Moore is more popular than ever, with two of the highest grossing documentaries in history!

They left out "trolling what they perceive as left leaning blogs" as one of their marching orders.

Equal space is due here. Now where is the description of MoveOn.Org?

Since you mention how successful Moron Mike is ..I would to mention how successful conserative talk radio is compared to liberal talk radio. No contest. And I do believe we are hearing rumblings from Dems. to bring back the "Fairness Doctrine". Why, to shut up conseratives?

And YOU ARE a left-leaning blog. Why not ADMIT it??

Shoes4Industry said...

We did not mention MOVE FORWARD AMERICA or MoveOn.org.

You're right, Comedy Right Wing Radio is successful in catering to a lunatic fringe element that is easily manipulated.

What does that have to do with the truth about the events of Sept 11, 2001.

Lee said...

"Lunatic fringe element". Thought everyone on this site has to talk nice and not resort of name calling?

Shoes4Industry said...

No, Janet it's no HATE SPEECH.

Here's a definition so you can be perfectly clear...ok?

Hate speech is a term for speech intended to degrade, intimidate, or incite violence or prejudicial action against a person or group of people based on their race, gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, language ability, socioeconomic class, occupation or appearance (such as height, weight [we might make and exception here], and hair color).

Ok, got it? Now, no hairsplitting...

Lee said...

In other words, hate speech is only hate speech if it is used against any minority but everyone else is fair game(especially public officials) Yup, I got it!

Shoes4Industry said...

GOOD!

Lee said...

Shoes: According to YOUR definition of hate-speech the minorities are protected but no one else? Sorry, dude but hate-speech is just that no matter WHO it is used against.

And besides, just because someone says something about a specific minority that isn't a positive comment DOES NOT mean that minority is HATED by the person who made the comment. Why are minorities so touchy?

Anonymous said...

Lee said "why are minorities so touchy?"

Better question: Why are you so out of touch with minorities?

Lee said...

How do you know I'm out of touch with minorities?
My point is: When a negative comment is made about any minority it is not necessarily about hate. In some cases, it is what is known as the TRUTH.

If a crime is committed against a gay, it is sexist. If one is commited against a black, it is racism, etc. Now, on the other hand if a crime is committed against, let's say a wealthy white man, well it's just a crime. Why is there no "hate" being attached to that crime?

All I'm saying is not everything negative that is said or done to a minority is about hate. Minorities use being a minority as an excuse for everything that goes (or has gone) wrong in their lives. Not ALL minorities but enough to make some of us sick of the whinning and crying.

Anonymous said...

Anyone can tell you're out of touch with minorities just by reading your posts. Pretty sad to see someone still thinking like you do in 2007.

Lee said...

Can you honestly say that SOME minorities don't use that as an excuse for their shortcomings?

And every time it works the crying gets louder and louder. Being a minority does not give one a free pass to take advantage of everything and everyone.

Anonymous said...

You're just plain sad, lee, not to mention embarrassing. I'm glad the majority of people don't think like you.

Anonymous said...

"And every time it works the crying gets louder and louder. Being a minority does not give one a free pass to take advantage of everything and everyone."

...and the fact that you would say that just proves moneysmith's point.

I think you just made yourself VERY clear.

Best of luck to you.

9/11 General Strike Day? No work, No school, No shopping? No Dice! It is a MoveOn.org flop.

Shoes4Industry said...

I think if you check, MoveOn.org had nothing to do with the Strike Day protest, Lee.

Lee said...

OK, so MoveOn had nothing to do with it but I'm sure they'd support it. Besides, it really doesn't matter it was still a huge flop.

And besides the march you are advertising on Sept. 15th there is also one being made SUPPORTING the troops & MISSION on the same day. It started in Calif. is making it's way across the country and will be in Washington also on Sept. 15. MoveAmericaFoward.org. is sponsoring this caravan
